Line Cook – Upscale Scratch Kitchen
$22–$27/hour | Full-Time
We are hiring experienced Line Cooks for a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant in Boca Raton.
This is a true scratch-kitchen environment serving steaks, seafood, burgers, salads, and contemporary American cuisine. We are looking for cooks who are comfortable working a busy line, following recipes, maintaining high standards, and working as part of a professional culinary team.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line-cook experience in a full-service restaurant
- Scratch-kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working sauté, grill, broiler, fry, pantry, or multiple stations
- Able to follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications
- Strong sense of urgency during high-volume service
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to maintain a clean and organized station
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items to restaurant standards
- Work assigned stations during lunch and dinner service
- Maintain proper prep levels and station organization
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures
- Communicate with culinary leadership and fellow cooks during service
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing responsibilities
- Support the team wherever needed during busy shifts
