Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable Picker Packer Associates to join a growing warehouse team in Rogers, MN. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, scanners, or warehouse systems
• Pack products securely and prepare shipments for delivery
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality
• Label, sort, and stage completed orders
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse locations
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment safely when required
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications

Required

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and scanning device experience
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
