Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
LTC Therapy: Holyoke
Holyoke, MA
$43–$46/hour

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Holyoke. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care setting where you'll help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while making a meaningful impact on their quality of life.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and functional needs
  • Provide evidence-based therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
