Your Purpose

As our Business-to-Business Wholesale Sales Executive, you'll own the commercial side of moving IT equipment through the wholesale market. You'll build and expand relationships with buyers, identify new markets and opportunities, understand what equipment is worth, negotiate pricing and terms, and make smart decisions about where inventory should go for the strongest return.

This is not a traditional high-volume cold-calling sales role, and it isn't an analyst position that lives behind a spreadsheet. Our buyers want access to our inventory. Your challenge is to understand the market well enough to make sure we are selling the right equipment, to the right buyer, through the right channel, at the right price.

You'll combine relationship-building and sales instinct with data, market intelligence, and curiosity. When you discover another buyer, market, or channel could generate a stronger return, we want your instinct to be: Why? What are we missing? And what should we do differently?

This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role with significant influence across Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Ecommerce. You'll have the opportunity to build expertise in the fast-moving technology resale market, expand Dynamic's buyer network, and grow your career as our business continues to scale.

What You'll Do

  • Build and expand Dynamic's network of B2B wholesale buyers, developing trusted relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying new buyers, markets, and sales opportunities.
  • Own wholesale sales transactions from opportunity through completion, including pricing, negotiation, order coordination, shipment, and invoicing.
  • Research equipment, market conditions, buyer demand, historical sales, competitive activity, and comparable transactions to establish pricing and protect margin.
  • Negotiate pricing, warranties, return terms, timing, and other deal conditions while creating strong outcomes for both Dynamic and our buyers.
  • Evaluate available and incoming inventory to determine the strongest buyer, market, and sales channelincluding wholesale, ecommerce, auction, or alternative opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Ecommerce, Logistics, and Finance to determine how equipment should be tested, configured, packaged, grouped, harvested, or otherwise positioned to increase marketability and recovery value.
  • Travel to conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and buyer locations to strengthen relationships, learn the market firsthand, uncover new opportunities, and continue building Dynamic's presence within the industry.

What You Bring (Briefcase)

  • Post-high school education, professional training, or certification in business, business management, marketing, sales, or a related field. Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • One to three years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, wholesale/resale, sales operations, ecommerce, distribution, logistics brokerage, or another customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience building professional relationships and influencing customers, buyers, vendors, or other external business partners.
  • Exposure to pricing, negotiation, revenue, margin, commercial transactions, or making decisions where financial outcomes matter.
  • Comfort using data, market information, customer feedback, and business judgment together to make decisions.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Preferred: B2B wholesale, resale, distribution, ecommerce, technology hardware, electronics, or secondary-market experience.
  • Also transferable: Procurement or supply-chain experience that includes direct negotiation, relationship ownership, pricing decisions, or other meaningful commercial responsibility.
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM, ERP, ecommerce, inventory, accounting, or related business systems.

You do not need ITAD or electronics resale experience on day one. You do need the curiosity and drive to learn our products, markets, buyers, and technology quickly.

Skills & Abilities (Head)

  • Engaging and persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly and adapt their approach to different audiences.
  • Strong B2B relationship-building skills and confidence interacting with customers, buyers, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Commercial judgment around pricing, margin, negotiation, timing, terms, and overall deal value.
  • Competitive, self-directed approachyou naturally look for opportunities to improve a result rather than waiting for someone to point them out.
  • Analytical curiosity and the ability to connect market information, customer feedback, inventory data, and financial considerations.
  • Resourcefulness when researching unfamiliar equipment, technology, markets, or customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, including the ability to create value beyond simply changing price.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, moving quickly, and making thoughtful decisions without having every answer.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and the ability to influence internal partners without relying on formal authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple buyers, transactions, priorities, and opportunities without losing momentum or follow-through.

?? Who You Are (Heart)

You enjoy selling, but what motivates you goes beyond simply closing a transaction. You want to understand why one buyer, market, product, or sales channel performs better than another, and you have the curiosity to keep digging until you understand it.

You're comfortable walking into a customer meeting, starting a conversation at a trade show, negotiating a deal, or picking up the phone to build a new relationship. You communicate with confidence and energy, but you're equally comfortable getting into the numbers and determining whether the deal actually makes business sense.

You have an entrepreneurial streak. You notice opportunities, connect dots, experiment with better ways of working, and take ownership without needing someone to constantly push you forward. If you find out someone else is getting a better return on the same type of equipment, your reaction isn't frustrationit's "I need to figure out how they're doing that."

You're ambitious and want to be successful, but you don't need a people-management title to feel like you're growing. You value autonomy, meaningful responsibility, strong teammates, and the chance to keep expanding what you know and what you can contribute.

Most importantly, you bring a low-ego, high-accountability mindset. You build trust, follow through, learn quickly, and want your work to contribute to a company and mission you can be proud of.
