Schedule:Monday to Friday,7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking aCustomer Service Representativeto join a dynamic team for a client in thePaducah area. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, handle payments, make collection calls, and foster positive customer relationships. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are experienced with Microsoft Office, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:Take payments and handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collections:Make collection calls and work with customers to resolve account issues.
- Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Administrative Support:Perform general administrative duties such as documenting customer interactions and updating accounts.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detailis essential to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excelis required.
- QuickBooks experienceis a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism.
