Build a Business. Build People. Build Relationships.

Branz Technologies is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and grow our Durham operation.

This isn't a traditional operations role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building teams, developing people, creating customer relationships, and growing a business.

• Recruit, hire, and develop great employees
• Coach supervisors and build future leaders
• Support day-to-day operations while improving systems and processes
• Build a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork
• Drive the branch's long-term growth and profitability

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Builds relationships naturally
• Enjoys solving problems and creating opportunities
• Believes in "Who Not How"
• Wants to build something bigger than themselves

Candidates with experience in any of the following roles are encouraged to apply:

• Branch Manager
• General Manager
• Operations Manager
• Branch Operations Manager
• Business Unit Manager
• Construction Manager
• Area Manager
• District Manager
• Service Manager
• Equipment Rental Manager
• Utility Operations Manager
• Traffic Control Manager
• Project Manager
• Business Development Manager

Experience in construction, traffic control, utilities, equipment rental, or industrial services is preferred, but strong leadership and relationship-building skills are just as important.

If you're looking for an opportunity to make a real impact and help build one of the Southeast's leading traffic control companies, we'd love to talk.
