$34/hour
Work Hours: 04:00 PM to 02:00 AM

What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor - Material Handling? You’ll be:
• Supervising all operations, including inbound, outbound, and claims processing, while reporting directly to the Superintendent and Plant Manager.
• Covering crews in the supervisor's absence and ensuring seamless operations.
• Attending, facilitating, and submitting proper documentation for crew meetings, while preparing and maintaining work-related records as needed.
• Scheduling the workforce, including managing overtime and vacation requests.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1+ years of previous supervision experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED, with additional safety training or licensing being a plus.
• Are committed to leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the workplace.
