Client Relations ManagerAbout the Role
The Client Relations Manager (CRM) plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience from the first conversation to the final event. In this role, you’ll work closely with a Senior Sales Manager and gain hands-on experience in event sales, planning, client relations, and event operations.
No prior catering or event-planning experience is requiredwe will train you! We’re looking for someone who is personable, organized, eager to learn, and excited about working with people and creating memorable events.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in catering, hospitality, sales, or event management. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our Sales and Operations teams with the goal of growing into an independent Sales Manager after at least one year.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide timely, friendly, and exceptional service to clients throughout the event planning process
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients, team members, and industry vendors
- Assist with preparing proposals, event orders, and other event-related documents with strong attention to detail
- Communicate and follow up with clients throughout the planning process
- Assist with the event process from the initial consultation through event execution
- Assist with rental appointments and venue walkthroughs for upcoming events
- Learn and understand the Operations process to ensure event details are communicated and executed successfully
- Work closely with the Operations team to organize and streamline event details
- Assist with planning and managing events while gaining hands-on experience in event execution
- Help set up, execute, and clean up private tastings
- Work select Saturday events as an Event Manager, Bartender, or Server
- Complete assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through, and a positive team attitude
- Work independently while also collaborating with multiple departments to keep events running smoothly

- Is flexible and able to work a schedule based on business needs
- Is comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Is able to lift at least 40 lbs.

Schedule & Additional Information
This position requires a flexible schedule based on event needs, including some Saturdays and holidays.
This position is designed to provide hands-on training and professional development. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced Sales and Operations team members while developing the skills needed to grow within the company.
