Integrity First Caregivers is looking for reliable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about helping people live independently and reach their goals.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Current automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and dependability

• Support individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities
• Assist with daily living skills and community participation
• Promote independence, choice, and person-centered outcomes
• Complete required documentation and service notes

IFC's mission is for all Direct Support Professionals to achieve DSP-I, DSP-II, and DSP-III certification through theNational Alliance of DSP(NADSP)Academy. Employees are expected to begin the certification pathway and become certified as a Highly Trained DSP within their first 6 months to 1 year of employment.
