About the Role:

As a Sales Arborist, you will promote and sell our tree care services to prospective clients. You will build strong clientrelationships, assess tree care needs, andrecommend customizedsolutions. Yourprimarygoal will be toincreasesales and revenue whilemaintaining highcustomer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
• Knowledge of tree care and arboriculture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ISA Arborist Certification (required)
• Qualified supervisor for pesticides

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the tree care industry
• Experience with customer relationship management
• Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Assess clients' tree care needs and provide them with tailored solutions
• Promote and sell our tree care services to potential clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues

Skills:

As a Sales Arborist, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients. You will also use your knowledge of tree care and arboriculture to assess clients' needs and provide them with tailored solutions. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Additionally, your experience with customer relationship management and sales forecasting and budgeting will be beneficial in this role. Finally, your ability to speak multiple languages will be an asset in communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.
