Personal Injury Case Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, ensuring exceptional client service, accurate documentation, and consistent communication with clients. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting successful case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing case updates
3. Coordinate medical treatment, obtain medical records and bills, and track ongoing care
4. Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, coverage, and status
5. Prepare and organize case documentation
6. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in all client interactions

Qualifications

1. Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar role in a personal injury law firm
2. Strong knowledge of personal injury case flow, medical records, and insurance processes
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
5. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency with case management software; Filevine experience preferred
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
