We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced pediatric registered nurse to join our team.
This full-time position entails providing comprehensive patient care, which includes 12-hour shifts, available from SUNDAY TO SATURDAY****** DAYSHIFT & NIGHT POSITION*****
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patients' progress and response to treatments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment based on the plan of care.
- Proficiently managing cases like: Gastrostomy tubes, Oxygen management, Tracheostomy care, and Ventilator care, etc.
- Effectively collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the optimal well-being of our valued clients.
- Stay informed about current best practices in home care and workers' compensation law.
