• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, efficient service to our clients.
• Conduct insurance reviews with existing customers
• Assist clients with policy inquiries and make necessary adjustments.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads and explore new insurance opportunities.
• Explain insurance coverage options clearly and concisely.
• Process policy changes and updates accurately.
• Build rapport with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

• Valid Texas PC license required.
• Previous customer service experience with Allstate preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Ability to learn and explain insurance products.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A positive and helpful attitude.
