Insurance Sales Representative

Allstate- Radabaugh & Associates, Morgantown/Fairmont, WV (position is based in Morgantown)

Don't respond unless you are the best and can prove it.Earn $40,000 if you're average, $50,000 if you're good and $70,000+ if you're great. This is in the insurance industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds. If you have the stuff, we'll know. Will train someone who has everything we want.

Small base, but huge performance rewards to get you to $80,000 and beyond each year.

Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a solid closer. Come and build your own empire within our exciting agency.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop and cultivate ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Earn, and then ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
