TheService TechnicianIIIwill be a key contributor to ensuring the quality of our rental fleet ismaintainedthroughout its rental lifespan. Working together with our team, you willbe responsible forperformingdiagnostics,repair, maintenance, and serviceworkon a range of vehicles in our customized rental fleet.

LOCATION

  • Onsite- Fort Worth, TX

HOURS OF OPERATION

  • Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

COMPENSATION

  • This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of hourly pay + overtime + benefits starting day one and the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform repair, maintenance, and service work on rental fleet vehicles.
  • ProperlyutilizeOE diagnostic equipment
  • Complete repair and maintenance tasks within set deadlines
  • Understand recall and warranty information from OEMs.
  • Utilize and read service manuals.
  • Verifyall repair and maintenance items areproperly installedand complete workshop orders accurately.
  • Aid team members in diagnostics and repairs
  • Request your own parts and work with the parts team to ensure accuracy
  • Understand PTR return, check-in, and QC inspection processes.
  • Execute all quality and safety standardsregardingrepair and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform electronic vehicle check-ins to capture all billabledamages.
  • Prioritize safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Escalate judgment calls to theservice lead.
  • Work with team members and departmentmanagerto improve repair and maintenance processes.
  • Ensure work area stays safe and clean
  • 5S (Sort, Shine, Straighten, Standardize, Sustain): Implement and uphold 5S principles within the workspace to improve efficiency and organization.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE

  • 5+years of mechanical, hydraulic,and electricalautomotive,heavy truckor heavy equipmentexperience
  • Maintaina good drivingrecord and be properly licensed.
  • Must provide your own toolset capable of general automotive repairand diagnostics
  • Proficiencyin using a variety of hand,power, and diagnostictools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamplayer.
  • Ability to work both inside the shop environment and outdoors.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic written communication skills andproficiencyin using a tablet.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Ability to MIG weld steeland/or aluminum
  • Experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting
  • ASE certifications
  • Manufacturer Training (Ford, GM, and Chrysler)

Benefits eligibility varies by employment classification. Contractors, interns, and part-time employees are not eligible for the full-time employee benefits package.
