As a Bartender at Tea Tree Asian Bistro, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair.
• Engaging with customers to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Following safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and personality to the bar. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experienceyou know your way around a shaker and can craft drinks with confidence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus.
