• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve dealership goals

• Previous experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain product features and benefits
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficient with computers and sales software
