The Residential Construction Project Manager oversees medium-sized teams to successfully execute multi-family residential, mixed-use developments, and single-family home projects. Reporting directly to the Owner/Developer, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards, while coordinating regional travel as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial oversight
- Obtain and manage permits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee contract administration and vendor relationships
- Coordinate and lead teams of 6-15 construction professionals
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction project management
