Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment by following health codes, cleaning tables, floors,dishes, workstations, and disposing of garbage
Serving food and beverage items to patrons at their tables or waiting on them at the bar
Taking orders from customers and communicating order details to the kitchen staff
Performing basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, steaming rice, etc
Updating menu boards with daily specials, upcoming events, and other information relevant to customers
Explaining menu items and answering questions about preparation methods or ingredients
Setting tables with linens and silverware and providing condiments such as salt, pepper, and sugar packets
Delivering food to customers’ tables in a timely manner and ensuring that orders have been accurately prepared
Prepping serving at special events
