Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in tree care, vegetation management, or a related field.
Demonstrates proficiency in all skills, knowledge, and responsibilities required for lower-level positions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, utility personnel, and Arbor Resources, LLC employees.
Ability to read maps, interpret work locations, and efficiently route crews to job sites.
Provides guidance and on-the-job training to less experienced employees, promoting safe work practices and skill development.
