Job Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have appropriate alcohol certificate per state
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee, espresso and Bloody Mary drinks a plus but not necessary, we offer on the job training
• Experience and knowledge of alcohol a plus
• Point of sale experience and responsible cash handling
• Willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varied products we carry

A Day In The Brunch Life

As a Barista for Hash Kitchen, you will be the friendly face behind Hash Kitchens fun and innovative, coffee and build your own Bloody Mary bar. You will prepare hot and cold coffee and espresso drinks. As a Barista for Hash Kitchen, you will assist our VIP’s in customizing the Bloody Mary of their dream! Imagine Skewer after skewer of all the Bloody Mary toppings you could possibly desire! As a Barista, you are a key player in creating a positive and memorable experience for our VIP’s.

• Prepare coffee and espresso, hot and cold drinks for our guests
• Oversee guests as they build their own Bloody Mary, ringing in the sidecar shots and delivering them to the guests
• Serve tables when needed
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Clean, stock, and prep doughnut bar
• Maintain and upkeep of brewing equipment
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
