Our client is hiring a Carpenter for a full-time 1st shift position in Walnut, Illinois. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for building custom floor systems and wall panels for residential and commercial locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities of theCarpenter:
- Construct and repair building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
CarpenterRequirements and Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous carpentry experience preferred.
Pay forCarpenter:Starting at$18/hour.
