Server/Cashier (New Orleans)Empanola is looking for enthusiastic, extroverted and friendly people for our team. Main Tasks:Responsibilities:• Serve food and beverages to costumers• Report in timely manner for shift, according to company dress code.• Function as the "face" of the restaurant, engaging clientele and making their experience pleasant.• Explain to guests about menu items• Clean and prepare the dining areas• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion• Perform other restaurant duties as assignedQualifications:• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields• Ability to build rapport with guests• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Friendly, outgoing personality.• Experience handling cash.• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team environment.• Previous customer service experience.
