- Train and manage all members of the sales team to perform to the Meyers standards
- Working deals with sales team and customers
- Perform negotiations with customers
- Daily training and review with sales team
- Tracking of leads and follow up with sales team
- RV, Automotive or Motorsport sales management required
- Finance management experience a plus
