Dallas Swim Kids is looking for enthusiastic and caring
Part-Time Swim Instructors to join our growing team!
We specialize in teaching children from
6 months old in parent/child programs through to
13 years old in our advanced invitational program.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach fun, engaging swim classes using our proven Dallas Swim Kids curriculum
- Deliver exceptional customer service in and out of the pool
- Help maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Requirements:
- Swimming Proficiency
- Ability to swim at least 25 meters using recognized strokes
- Strong water safety awareness
- CPR and First Aid Certification (often required or strongly preferred)
- Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is a plus, especially for teaching younger children
- Background Check
- Experience with Children
- Prior experience teaching or working with children is highly valued
- Patience, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills are essential
- Ability to motivate and encourage young swimmers
- Team-oriented mindset and reliability.
