Compensation: Hourly $19.50 - $23

Available Shifts: Full-time and part-time

Responsibilities

·Assist customers in retail stores by selecting wireless products, devices, and service options

·Provide clear and friendly customer support and answer product-related questions

·Learn and communicate current promotions, product features, and upgrade options

·Process sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed records

·Work with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals

·Maintain product knowledge to deliver an excellent customer experience

·Uphold a professional, welcoming retail environment

Qualifications

·Strong communication and customer service skills

·Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn

·Ability to workweekends if needed

·Comfortable interacting with customers in a sales environment

·Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

·Able to legally consent to abackground check

·Reliable transportation or a consistent means of commuting
