IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a Level 1 Support Tech to join our team! You will resolve computer- + user-related issues for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for users via phone, in person, or remote control/access
• Onboard new staff with hardware and software
• O365 is used extensively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
