Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopaedic Surgery | Central Wisconsin Hub

Join an established, independent, physician-led orthopaedic group with a practice-owned ASC and immediate surgical volume.

Position Highlights


  • 100% Hand & Upper Extremity Focus: 100% specialized case mix (~550 annual cases) with immediate surgical volume and built-in referrals
  • Schedule & Facilities:

    • Schedule: 2-3 clinic days (~30-35 patients/day) & 2-2.5 OR days per week
    • On-Site Resources: Practice-owned ASC (90% of cases), PT, walk-in ortho clinic, and imaging
    • Call: ~1:5 weekend call (trauma covered 20 days/month by surgicalists); call decreases after partnership
  • Compensation & Partnership Track:

    • Pre-Partner Earning: 500,000+ realistic earning potential via collections-based productivity model
    • Partner Earning: 800,000 - 1,000,000+ annually with a partnership track and equity options in practice, ASC, and real estate

Candidate Requirements


  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Fellowship-trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
