Touch of Italy in downtown Lewes is looking for a year-round,full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We're busy, we move fast, and we take our food seriously. We're looking for someone who can handle a station, keep their cool when the board fills up, and be a solid teammate when service gets rolling.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running your station during busy lunch and dinner services
  • Preparing and cooking menu items consistently and correctly
  • Keeping your station stocked, clean, and ready for service
  • Handling prep and helping the team wherever needed
  • Following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicating with the kitchen and keeping service moving

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a celebrity chef. You do need to:

  • Have solid line-cook experience
  • Be dependable and show up ready to work
  • Work with urgency without sacrificing quality
  • Keep your station organized
  • Handle a busy service without falling apart when the tickets start flying
  • Be a good teammate no drama, no disappearing acts
  • Be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
