Production Associate
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a growingmanufacturing facility that produces automotive parts and supplies. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment within the automotive industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely
- Assemble, inspect, and package automotive parts and components according to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Assist with general production duties as assigned
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well with others
