Experienced Commercial Carpenter

We are an established commercial construction company looking for an experienced and dependable Commercial Carpenter to join our team.

We work on office renovations, commercial build-outs, and new construction.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work well with others. Residential experience is helpful, but you must have experience working on commercial interior construction projects.

What You'll Do

• Metal stud framing
• Install cabinets, doors, frames, hardware, and trim
• Install ACT/drop ceilings
• Work on stilts when needed
• Read blueprints and lay out work
• Perform finish carpentry
• Complete drywall finishing and other general carpentry work as needed
• Work with supervisors and other trades to keep the job moving
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Complete quality work on time

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of metal stud framing experience
• Experience working on commercial interior construction
• Experience installing cabinets and doing finish carpentry
• Experience installing ACT/drop ceilings
• Ability to read blueprints
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
• Able to measure and lay out work correctly
• Dependable and ready to work
• Able to handle the physical work required for the job
• Reliable transportation

Schedule & Job Locations

This is a Monday through Friday position, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Showing up every day and being on time is important. Our crew depends on everyone being there and ready to work.

The city listed in this job posting is where our current job is located. When this job is finished, you will be expected to travel to other job sites up to about 30 miles away.

You must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different job sites as needed.
