Responsibilities:
- Operate concrete grinders and surface preparation equipment
- Install premium epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic coating systems
- Perform concrete repairs and crack repairs
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every project
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Motivated, self-driven, and dependable
- Attention to detail and commitment to qualitynot quantity
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Construction or concrete coating experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
