Pay Rate
$23.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
MondaythroughFriday, 11:00 AMto8:00 PM

• Manage high-volume recruiting efforts while maintainingstrongcandidate experience.

• Respond to after-hours client staffing requests and urgent hiring needs.

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for industrial and manufacturing positions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and candidates.

• Work independently to prioritize openings, coordinate onboarding, and achieve branch staffing goals.

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Previous staffing industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.

• Proven ability towork independently,managingmultiple priorities andmeetingdeadlines.

• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with proficient computer skills and reliable transportation.
