Position Summary

In this role, you'll operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment on a variety of civil construction projects while working with a crew that takes ownership of its work and supports one another. We're looking for someone with approximately two years of equipment operating experience who is punctual, safety-minded, flexible, and willing to travel and work out of town when projects require it.

Job Requirements

• Must be dependable and arrive on time each day.
• Must have a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, including overtime, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town for project assignments.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Clean driving record.
• Safety-minded work.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experienceoperating skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
• Experience in civil construction, site development, utility work, or similar construction projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment safety and daily maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license required, CDL is preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
