Service Areas: Schiller Park, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Elgin, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palos Hills, and West Dundee, IL and in clinic

Compensation
$80–$95 per hour

- Daytime clients
- Afternoon/evening clients

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
