JobSummary:Thisroleisresponsibleforassemblingmechanical,electrical,andelectroniccomponents,performingtestingandcalibration,andensuringcompliancewithqualityandregulatorystandards.Candidatewillworkefficientlytomeetdailybuildgoalsandcontributetoacultureofqualityandcontinuousimprovement.

KeyResponsibilities

• Assembleinstrumentsandcomponentsusinghand/powertools,fixtures,andlimitedautomatedequipment.
• Performtesting,calibration,andverificationtoensureproductaccuracyandreliability.
• InspectcomponentsandfinishedproductsforcompliancewithFDAandISOstandards.
• Troubleshootproductionissuesandcollaboratewithengineering,quality,andproductdevelopmentteams.
• Documentproductionactivities,includingmaterialcontrolandnon-conformancereports.
• AdheretoSOPs,cGMPs,QMS,andsafetyregulations.
• Maytrainotherassemblersbasedondemonstratedproficiency.
• Performotherdutiesasassigned.
