Schedule:Monday to Thursday | 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Training on 1st Shift)
Pay Range:$26.00 to $33.00 per hour + Shift Premium

We're looking for a hands-onIndustrial Mechanicto join our maintenance team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and working in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks
  • Help install and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Support facility maintenance as needed
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous maintenance, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or related hands-on experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
  • Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or maintenance certifications
  • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
  • Familiarity with PLCs, motors, conveyors, or automated equipment

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This position works in a manufacturing environment that may be hot, dusty, and noisy. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting heavy materials. PPE is provided.
