Dining Room Manager

Are you a hospitality leader who enjoys creating memorabledining experiences but wants a better work/life balance?

Join our senior living community as a Dining RoomManager. You’ll lead a front-of-house team, build meaningful relationshipswith residents, and create a warm, welcoming dining experienceall without theroutine late-night hours common in restaurants.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead from the dining-room floor during meal periods
  • Build relationships with residents and learn their preferences
  • Train, coach, and support front-of-house associates
  • Conduct pre-meal huddles and communicate daily priorities
  • Create schedules and manage labor responsibly
  • Address concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solution-focused approach
  • Partner with Culinary and other community departments
  • Maintain high standards for service, sanitation, and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized,dependable, hands-on, calm under pressure, and passionate about developing agreat team.

Restaurant, hotel, country club, senior living, or otherhospitality leadership experience is preferred.

A More BalancedHospitality Schedule

This position generally works five days per week,including four weekdays and one weekend day, with leadership presenceduring lunch and dinner.

Evening responsibilities are part of the role, but youwon’t experience the routine late-night closing shifts found in manytraditional restaurants.
