Who You Are:As an Assistant Manager, you’re a positive and enthusiastic people-person, who may just so happen to have a passion for fruit, superfoods, and all things healthy! You will be doing a variety of tasks from training new employees to strategically resolving problems. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, career growth, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and an occasional silly food pun, we want you!

What You’ll Do:

Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and flavorConformity.
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, andAccommodations.
Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing andpresentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented upto Company standards.
Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding foodpreparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and diningFacilities.
Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation,and food subsidies when appropriate.
Establish and evaluate standards for personnel performance and guestService.
Review work procedures and operational problems to determine waysto improve service, performance, or safety.
Perform some food preparation or service tasks such as cooking,clearing tables, and serving food and drinks when necessary.
Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records.
Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnelproblems, hire new team member, and evaluate team memberperformance in dining and lodging facilities.
Order and purchase product, equipment and supplies.
Assess team member needs, and recruit team member usingCompany methods such as advertisements or attendance at job fairs.
Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinate avariety of services such as waste removal and pest control.
Utilize point of sale cash register. Count money and make bankDeposits.
Fill out business or government forms, maintain records, reports, or filesand safety reports.
Adhere to Company opening and closing procedures andmaintain accompanying records.
Fill in for General Manager in the event of an extended absence
