(Chapman State Farm), you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Pivot Sales to other Property and Casualty products
- Pivot Sales to Life and Health
- All sales based upon customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience and sales preferred.
