Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students for the 2026-2027 school year as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Springfield, OR. This opportunity is perfect for those with their SLP-CCC, and Clinical Fellows (CF) are also welcome to apply. If you need a part-time schedule, that can be offered as well.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain one prior to the start date
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative educational team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Document evaluations and maintain detailed records of student progress in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Provide support and training to staff and families regarding student communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
