Maintenance Technician

Pay: $12–$20 per hour (pay negotiable based on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekends on-call
• Occasional overtime
• Major holidays off

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of maintenance tasks to keep properties in good working order.

Responsibilities Include:

• General maintenance and repairs
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairs is a plus
• Plumbing repairs
• Carpentry work
• Responding to on-call maintenance needs as required

Requirements:

• Must have own tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Maintenance experience preferred (Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Experience:

• Experience is a plus, but not required
• Pay based on skill level and experience
