Job Summary
We are seekinga dependable anddetail-oriented FulfillmentAssociate to joinour warehouseteam. This position isresponsible for accuratelypulling, packing, scanning, and shipping Carpecustomer orders, aswell as processingB2B orders. Theideal candidate hasstrong math, reading, and directional skills, works efficiently ina fast-pacedenvironment, and iscommitted to accuracyand quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pull productsbased on customerand B2B orderrequirements.
- Scan products andverify order accuracyusing warehouse systemsand handheld scanners.
- Pack orders securelyto ensure productsarrive safely andmeet company standards.
- Process and prepareB2B orders accordingto customer specificationsand shipping deadlines.
- Read and interpretpick tickets, packingslips, shipping labels, and work instructions.
- Maintain inventoryaccuracy by reportingdiscrepancies and damagedproducts.
- Organize and stockinventory as needed.
- Keep work areasclean, organized, andsafe.
- Follow all warehousesafety procedures andcompany policies.
- Meet daily productivityand quality goalswhile maintaining ahigh level ofaccuracy.
- Assist with otherwarehouse duties asassigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience is preferred.
- Strong math skillsfor counting inventoryandverifying order quantities.
- Strong reading comprehensionto accurately followworkorders and shippinginstructions.
- Excellent directional skillsand the abilityto quickly locateproductsthroughout the warehouse.
- Ability to workindependently and aspart of ateam.
- Strong attention todetail and organizationalskills.
- Basic computer andhandheld scanner experienceis a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to standand walk forextended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, andpull up to50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, andclimb as needed.
- Ability to workin a fast-paced warehouse environment.
