Warehouse Operations Supervisor - 90% Travel

MOCA Logistics is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead teams and oversee daily operations at project sites across the U.S.

This position requires extensive travel (up to 90%). Projects typically require staying near the job site for 4–6 weeks at a time. Temporary housing/hotel accommodations are provided.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate teams working on-site.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity, quality, and project progress.
• Train and support team members.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment with the Project Manager.
• Prepare and communicate basic daily project reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards.
• Oversee the safe use of forklifts, scissor lifts, tools, and other equipment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience supervising teams in warehouse, logistics, construction, installation, or similar environments.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email and basic reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Willing and able to travel up to 90% and stay near project sites for several weeks at a time.

Preferred: OSHA 10/30, forklift/scissor lift experience, CPR/First Aid, or other relevant safety certifications.
