CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR to join our outdoor team culture! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

• Provide information about the products and services.
• Document and update customer records.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge of new products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Today CARisma Wash operates 3 locations. We started in 2004 with our first site being our 5203 Kirby Dr. location, our 2nd location was built in 2008 at 4510 Telephone Rd., lastly our 3rd location was built in 2012 at 505 N. Loop W. CARisma WASH is committed to excellence in customer service.
