Role:Commercial Superintendent

Position Summary
A top tier general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. The ideal candidate is an experienced field leader with grocery, convenience retail, or similar commercial project experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, safety, scheduling, and quality.
- Maintain project documentation using Procore.
- Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
- Ground-up commercial construction experience.
- Experience with grocery stores, shopping centers, convenience stores, gas stations, or similar commercial projects.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.
- Stable work history.
- Valid driver's license, background check, and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Procore experience.
- Experience with Publix, Whole Foods, Kroger, Lidl, Sprouts, QuickTrip, Parker's, RaceTrac, Pilot or similar brands.
- Medical/outpatient construction experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary (~$120,000–$130,000+, DOE).
