We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Foreman in commercial heating and air conditioning in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.
JOB DUTIES:
- Supervises HVAC workers
- Develop work schedules
- Ensure project are at or under budget
- Report project progress to superiors
- Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Ensure workers are using safety practices
- Performa quality checks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling
- Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning
- Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings
