Grill Cook (Part-time)

Grill Cook:

• This job is responsible for prepping food and ensuring that all breakfast and lunch items are ready to be served to customers.
• This position will prepare and cook a variety of made to order/specialty items as requested by customers.
• This role will conduct a daily/weekly inventory of stock to ensure that all food items are plentiful to ensure food orders can be fulfilled. If stock is low, this position is responsible for providing a list of items needed to the owner.
• Clean grill multiple times during the day as needed and conduct a full cleaning process at the end of the day.
• Clean and sanitize all serving areas at the beginning and at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:

• GED or HS Diploma.
• Three (3) years of cooking experience in a fast paced, self directed environment.
• 1+ years of experience cooking all types of eggs, omlettes, brunch items and sandwiches.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, multi-tasking and ever changing working environment.
• Must have experience making quick but relevant decisions to ensure that all orders received are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Experience in training and or leading others is strongly preferred.
• Culinary Arts Certification or degree strongly preferred
