What You'll Do· Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
· Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.
· Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
· Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
· Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.

What You'll Bring• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors
• Strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Professional communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to customers.
Preferred: Previous swimming pool service or maintenance experience; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain it; experience with mobile service or field-service applications.
