Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as trackhoes, backhoes, loaders, skidsteers, and dozers for utility installation and maintenance.
- Manage and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Read blueprints and utilize pipe lasers for precise installation
- Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in utility operations
- Proficient in operating trackhoes, backhoes, loaders, skidsteers, and dozers
- Strong knowledge of municipal utility systems and civil construction
- Commitment to strict safety compliance
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and utilize pipe lasers
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
